Confused

Ive been on the last one before the pink rank for forever! I cant figure out how to rank up now do u have to spend 3$ to rank up on the store? I just dont know and another thing I think would be cool, is for March there could be a new leprechaun boss and for Easter a bunny boss another thing I would really like is for there to be a elimination in pvp I hope u find my response helpful
